I have called Jason Black a scammer given the SEC documentation and law firm articles about him.

Misusing the term "investigating continues" in reference to Jason Black. as if he was being investigated for a illegal act, when all that pertains to him is what he must pay backx(accrued value since he purchased it) for the stock he brought innocently

Jason Black split the ill-gotten proceeds with Mark Miller after Mark Miller comitted massive felony stock fraud with the help of Jason Black. That is a fact and the truth!
