I'm not sure why you would argue for making warfarin. That would be an absolute waste of asset utilization from an operations and finance perspective. Market value is one data point, revenue and profit per pill is another. Why make a drug where we can make a few cents per pill vs others where it's many multiples of this? It wouldn't make any sense.
