No FINRA issue here. Sharp answers a few questions for FINRA. The past is moot. The Custodian brings the shell in to a fresh start. I know you hate on this. It takes 2 years of audited PCAOB to sign off to an EDGAR filing and it goes SEC Reporting. Sharp already took care of the share structure issue. Its been 3 years.
