In fairness to Tony, he got played by.......

Bill (LVVV) and Bob after he hijacked APRU and screwed LVVV out of the chance to acquire APRU in 2014. He actually thought they wanted to kiss and make up.

In reality, he pissed off the wrong people but is apparently too stupid to realize the lost CERT will NEVER be found, which means he will NEVER have complete control of APRU.

The money you reference in the fins that Tony put on the books is likely there......in escrow. It's earmarked for the Lena deal which will likely never get completed because of the scenario I just described.

Was just thinking out loud.

GL with the case against Tony and let us know when he files something and I will post it now that I figured out the Bergen Co website.
