Hweb- PPIH is a sell at $22 IMO

I mean the stock has had a triple in 2 months. Plus, as Nelson pointed out, Q1 likely can't be annualized, so likely selling for a PE of over 10 going forward already. When I looked at a much larger competitor in the same piping industry on Friday, they had a PE of 10-11 going forward.
