Them not getting SEC approval is eye-opening. The SEC approves a lot of ridiculous crap for OTC's, and they're blocking what this company is asking for 🤔. There has to be a big reason for it.

I think it is accepted buy the SEC, just no investor to buy. At least that's how my interpretation is of the filings.
