Looks like you hopped out just in time since this is playing like a "OTC PUMP & DUMP"...They performed a Reverse Split about 6 weeks or so and then in one huge swoop blow up the Outstanding Share Count again with that 70 million share filing that was contained in the S3 - ARS.
