Any announcement of share buy back, or decrease in shares would be key. Xav is aware of this. I'm not betting it happens. I'm betting sellers run out of shares at .0001 and we see .0002 start to trade with volume. This alone will alert many people based on the screener. All future or past news can be considered bullish by the market. People will give any opinion for why a security is trading higher or lower. People love to talk and be heard. They don't have to correct, they only have to click the buy button.
