Going to the OTC and looking at the four main categories on this stock. Company Profile... Security Status, Disclosures , then News and you would have found everything that your complaining they dont have or do... its all right there . But its not my place to tell you how to chose stocks you buy I am just pointing out that getting the info is very easy to do
