And the company is publishing press releases selectively with no hint of the merger/acquisition or developments with DELL (and others) in any press teleases.

Being alternative reporting doesn't eliminate its fiduciary duty in informing shareholders about the company's dealings and I'm not just talking 8ks - I'm talking about what has been uncovered here.

And there is plenty of news on AFFU's X account. Why are they being selective about what they put in press releases? Press releases are what's used to truly disseminate important company news and information using news wires. X posts are not the same as press releases to attract new investors.
