Any border contract news will send it over .05 regardless of SS. I seen it happens over and over again in the OTC world.

Agree w/all of this. At one point I had 100 mil shares and have sold 90 mil over last 3 - 4 months (always on ask). Holding just 10 mil shares and have decided to go down w/ship or hopefully take a ride up for 3x or better. I'd be shocked if it ever gets above.003
