I got a reply from XCPL IR today.

I had asked "Is the company on a track to catch up all the financials and get current?".

Their response was "Yes. Our goal is to bring the company current over the next 30-60 days. ".

That seems pretty ambitious to me, but I was glad (and somewhat surprised) to get a response. I hope they can pull it off!
