FDIC will probably settle for 5% or less. I'm not expecting anything back from the Libor suits. I just want the receivership closed so that the remote bk assets can be released. I know I know. The remote bk assets are supposed to be independent of the receivership. But I do rember CBS09 stating that receivership needed to be closed before those assets are released.
