If you see outstanding rapidly approaching Authorized, or they raise Authorized, and don't bail, then that's trader fault.
SANP I see has 20 billion Authorized so why anyone would have bought that is beyond me. I get spooked when I see even 2 billion authorized, lol.
This only has 75 million Authorized and we are no where even close to that.
These are penny stocks, not IBM or Nvidia. If you are holding waiting for "earnings" you're toast.
You look for value, buy a position...
When stock pops say 100%, you sell 30-50% of holdings to lock back principle
