Can’t tell if you’re joking or not, but obviously an earnout of 4.2M is not encouraging with the debt outstanding.
And of course, as you know, this changed when they asked them to increase their upfront amount from 3.4M to 4.34m and drop the earnout. The creditors didn’t want to wait.
