If FDIC receivership controlled the remote bk assets, then they can pay off the bank bonds now...but they havent. Which means the assets are out of their reach.
It's fun to watch two people argue over which unsupportable unfounded opinion is correct.

I think assets in remote bk will not get released until the receivership closes. Otherwise those assets wil loose remote bk protection and the receivership can claw back. I believe CBA09 stated that years ago.
