Restructuring the company's stock is a good thing for the health of the company if it's done to increase value, not just reset an ATM. I think it would be for health. At this point it's just my own speculation with no indication from the company.
Totally agree. No matter how you spin an R/S, the consequences are usually disastrous for shareholders. An R/S would mean they are unable to generate enough cash flow to stay in business. In other words, it would mean "THE END"
