Lucky Panda, The receivership cannot close until all assets have been disbursed and that can't happen until JPM pays for their theft of book value, art work and illegally forclosed property by their illegal document mills. IT MAY BE A YEAR OR MORE, WHO KNOWS AT THIS POINT, but the FDIC must account for any and all assets prior to closing, not afterwards!
