Beast, I'm glad you have decided to leave and wish you well. You have been miserable with your investment for quite some time. 
I've been here for over 15 years. And yes I'm as ready as anyone else for this to start moving. I'm over your example of 70 and have no intention of selling way prematurely. 
Yes I'm ready to move when the prices increase, but no I won't sell for a fraction of the true value just to be out. We have never been this close to success in our history. Never have we had a large inventory of raw material ready to be spun with people with known industry names waiting and willing to buy it. Never before have we been to this level of success. 
So...  if youre sincere in your remarks and have sold all good luck to you, but if your like a vulture wanting to discourage the older stockholders to selling shares at distress prices so you can scoop them .... go to hell!
