27.5% ownership in $62,000,000 is $17 Million and again, is reflected on the balance sheet ending 3/31
Post 3/31, the $45 Million was taken off the table leaving $17 Million.
It then changed to 48.6% ownership in $17 Million, which is $8.2 Million
Then 76% of that went to third parties.
If you read the original deal... WSCG formed and acquired Humbl for a rough $20 Million less advances and share swap including a little cash and was going to add $45 Million in real estate.
So it was Humbl tech and real estate in WSCG originally. Now it is just Humbl Tech and half of $17 is $8 and change(48.6%)
