But Humbl only owns roughly 48% of WCSG after 3/31 and that only includes the USD17 Million being the Humbl asset only.
48.6% of USD17 Million is USD8.2 Million
Preferred C equals 64.7% of the 48.6%
BRU equals 9.5% of the 48.6%
Which combined is 74.2% of the 48.6%
So 74.2% of USD8.2 Million is $6,084,400
Leaving OTC:HUMBL @ -2,115,600 less the share of net losses
The original USD17 Million had already declined prior to the end of 3/31
So you're math is correct based on the old valuation. And if you adjust it for the new valuation..it would still be correct :)
