I agree with you on that they won't let the OTC die. With that said, how you create a new cycle is by wiping out all those still alive and holding shares from the previous cycle. No different than the Nas crash of 2000 it wasn't till 2015 that market made new highs. I don't see the OTC coming back until rates are much, much lower. Hedges won't play with their own $$ and $$ at 10% vs 4% is way to risky to play ball here. GL
