There's no telling bud. The company and management is, and has been a complete trainwreck. Their EV exploits during the time, seemed okay, but with the case going on, their hands were always tied. They've got other $$ owed to 1 or 2 different lenders they will eventually have to be paid. With $16K in cash their only chance to do anything would be a RM, but they'd have to clean up the debt and share structure before that. I don't hold any shares anymore so I don't really follow it anymore. Companies like this usually die. When you screw your shareholders knowingly you usually reap what you sow! Those that make a living at shorting OTC tickers have field days with bad managed companies in the OTC. GL bud!
