Well assume was in works as they originally filed to QB and it requires 30 days above .01
so maybe revised and now staying on new OTCID next month, or maybe they do uplist soon enough?
Company structure is key for management, I believe they have best interest for shareolders but again, a r/s does clean up any old old old lingering crap from custodianship days or prior?
THEY have been out of own pockets so not as if increased common for years, so big deal, restructure at below .01 doesnt hurt anyone really. Be good if pps got above .01 before effective date?
