Golden atm,merger final will probably be delayed because it’s non- binding but I think a binding one will be enough for run up,this isn’t an in-house scam merger,I see it’s optionable now,looking at calls/puts,they plan on this becoming a huge company,pps is 70% above sma50 so loading has been going on awhile,lots of run room until sma200 makes this an attractive opportunity for investors,especially since the new fins!
