I’m nothing like Pepe and I have more than enough legal background. Your post is quite defensive and needlessly so. Had I been asking a question more than merely sharing a noteworthy pondering it would be my right just like any shareholder legal background aside. I don’t trade. I’m not “trying to get more cheapies” and I barely ever comment on here anymore. I made some money and have my free shares left for any eventual moon shot. My comment was more on the absurdity of the IR Guy (cohen?) engaging with Pepe or whomever .

Filing for dismissal based on jurisdiction isn’t the flex some might think it is in response to comments on one character. Yes I realize that Pepe seems a little obsessed to the point of for sure having an agenda. Better off ignoring him than responding to character with procedural . Sure that may be the quickest cheapest way to win or whatever, it then just do that . Listing that there does nothing for character one way or the other. It becomes a pissing contest between a company we are invested in and a troll. Great look lol

It seems odd that azrh claimed to finalize the merger, even pr’d that they did in October. Then the lawsuit was filed by Gallaher and they suddenly “unwound” the merger, whatever that means. Just because joshy calls it frivolous doesn’t mean it is. Now that they have “ unwound” the merger, I doubt that anyone wants to spend money fighting over nothing. The pr guy called me a liar about the summary judgment being filed and I proved he was the liar. That’s all

The latest bullchit is this faded old yellow map showing 90 recent permits in a county of his next major announcement. There has been only half of that since 2020 and only 5 since Jan 2024. But, that is what they do, pre hype bullchit.
