The idea that the first one came while under the Yield sign makes some sense OS.... but then if that was the case picking a Friday afternoon, when the market is in weekend mode is a lame time to release news...even if its old. The one thing we can take from it is that it had no real effect on the market on May 19 or May 30... Had they been able to convince the hounds to pull back on the 200 million shares offered on the ASK they may have seen some better results.

Also it seems as if it was just filed on the OTC site, it was not filed on Yahoo Finance it did not show up on my E*Trade news for AFFU either.... so I think it was an issue with OTC, like formatting which has happened with them on multiple occasions No one caught it on Friday, either since it was not posted anywhere else besides the OTC .

Could it be that AFFU was
Flying a ⚠️ sign when they released the news and they wanted to release the news again while the Yield was not up there.
