Freak events, like a run to 20 cents, are good. They help to create a cult-like following for that stock. It doesn't guarantee another mega run but I'd much rather be in this than in a stock that's known for never running at all.
I'll bet there are dozens of traders here because of the run history. Just that itself creates more demand for the stock.
