NVDA has been acting the exact same way for the last 4-5 quarters! WAY before there were tariff issues.
It just seems like investors have become anesthetized to great earnings from NVDA. They don't want just "great" numbers - they will only reward FANTASTIC numbers from NVDA. It like years ago when we first went to the moon. People were enthralled at the beginning and soaked up everything they could about it. By the end, moon landings were pretty much a "ho-hum" event.
People treat great numbers from NVDA in the same way. "What? They only had 4 Billion more in net revenue this quarter than last quarter?"
In any other company, the stock price rise from numbers like these would be $10, $15 a share.
Of course, not many other companies have 24.4 billion shares in the OS base either. I'm sure that has something to do with it too.
