It’s not so much an argument against using the shell, but more the wasting of the cash and the whole shell endeavor.
If they had a private deal available, I’m just saying the shell might not be entirely devoid of all value and likely wouldn’t be a total waste of the money.
No and the writer was no one special. So, either we’re smarter than the rest of the market or we all made a mistake and ignored the signs that could eventually become obvious in hindsight.
I’m in for the ride already, so guess we’ll see
