I guess Carlos got QEDN confused with NRGT. He submitted disclosures there but has still not submitted anything on QEDN and it's been three weeks since this tweet. He's not been nearly diligent enough in his efforts, it seems. And really, "sincerely"? How about providing an explanation for the unreasonable delay?
