You posted their "accounts". You don't have to be a CPA to know they're complete crap:
A business with zero liabilities, zero depreciation, no assets apart from some cash and machinery plus alleged receivables, no goodwill and zero accounts payable is a completely dormant business. In fact it's not a business at all.
You specialise in "dormant" and scam companies - you should know that by now.
