I don't know. I do know that of every dollar in revenue from electricity sold, at least 25% will go to covering financing cost (interest expense) and only 12% to construction. That's because it takes so long until the plant starts generating revenue. Financing cost that we don't have......
Two, with such future energy demand, the price per kWh will likely go up. You will see this reflected in the price per token early on.
Three, the project will be heavily subsidized by the government.
That's why I believe it will be a good investment.
