I don't know what it means for you. But for most people it's capital gains and the cost basis is $0.01

But as I said, not everyone is selling. It's probably better to hold if you don't need the money. It also depends on how many tokens you own.

I offered a suggestion yesterday to tokenize 4 nuclear power plants in The Netherlands. That could be a $50 billion project. I don't think anyone has considered the idea before but I think it makes perfect sense. Laxmi will discuss it with our banking partner so let's see what they think. Still very premature. I'm not often wrong though.

In India we already received an invitation from the government to tokenize a 1 GW solar farm. Pretty big project as well.
