On February 28, 2023, the Company completed the acquisition of Wyoming-based Marketing Worldwide Media LLC ('MWML'), which becomes a whollyowned subsidiary. The consideration paid was the issuance of 400,000 shares of Series E Preferred Stock, which convert into 40,000,000 shares of common stock. The management also shares in 35% of future profits.
