You seem to follow this a lot more than I have recently. So correct me if I am wrong. They have not been able to sell hardly any shares lately so this plan you state isn't working. At least when I have checked, I have seen no bid. It doesn't seem like much of a plan. I'm assuming Ted Ralston is the lender here.
Ralston will keep a pulse on this ticker as its worth it to him and him only ! Maybe he can use it in future for another scam IF it can get cleaned up and FINRA approves MASSIVE r/s? SO worth Ralston to keep its lights on....end of story
