INV also has funded PCT

PureCycle Technologies (PCT) is my largest individual stock holding (3% of my portfolio). It has a promising technology to recycle common polypropylene plastic. PCT has moved beyond the lab stage, and is now scaling up their recycling process. They are producing enough recycled plastic to encourage traditional manufacturers to sample their outputs for future specification as a feedstock. If they can continue to scale (and that is not 100% guaranteed), then not only will they have the first large scale commercial plastic recycling process, they could be a cost leader, providing recycled polypropylene at a competitive cost to traditional petrochemical-based production. If they can reach this scale and this cost target, then the stock should be a multi-bagger. Of course this rosy future is not guaranteed.

INV...AeroFlexx's Innovative Liquid Packaging Receives Critical Guidance Recognition from Association of Plastic Recyclers

(AeroFlexx is part of the Innventure INV) family of companies).

WEST CHESTER, Ohio, May 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- AeroFlexx, a leader in sustainable packaging, has received Critical Guidance Recognition for recyclability from the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) for its proprietary mono-material AeroFlexx Pak.

APR's Critical Guidance Recognition is one of the most widely accepted benchmarks for evaluating plastic packaging and provides independent validation and credibility that the AeroFlexx Pak is designed for recyclability. Under the APR Design® Recognition Program, innovations must undergo rigorous third-party testing and independent review to ensure they meet the stringent requirements of the Critical Guidance test protocol FPE-CG-01. Achieving this comprehensive recognition confirms compatibility of PE-based films and flexible packaging innovations with film reclamation systems sourcing post-consumer films from store drop-off collection points or, in some cases, curbside collection.

"Receiving recognition from APR is a significant milestone for AeroFlexx," said Andrew Meyer, AeroFlexx CEO. "It reinforces our ability to deliver packaging innovations that function seamlessly within today's recovery systems while advancing sustainability goals for brands and supply chain partners."

AeroFlexx addresses a long-standing challenge in the packaging industry by introducing innovative packaging technology that combines the benefits of flexible and rigid packaging into an all-in-one solution. As a result, the AeroFlexx Pak can eliminate up to 85% of virgin plastic compared to a traditional rigid bottle, cap, and label. This is made possible by having up to 70% less plastic at the source and can incorporate up to 50% recycled content.

Translating the potential sustainability benefits, with just 2.5B units of market adoption, the AeroFlexx Paks would save 599.4 million kilowatt-hours of energy and 65.3 million gallons of gas. Furthermore, CO2 emissions would be reduced by 256.8 million pounds, and landfills would be spared from 980.8 million pounds of waste. In addition, the AeroFlexx production process yields up to 83% less waste to landfills, 73% less water use, and 69% GHG reduction compared to the traditional rigid bottle process, making the AeroFlexx Pak a revolutionary step toward reducing the packaging industry's global footprint and supporting the circular economy efforts.

About AeroFlexx:

AeroFlexx is a full-service liquid packaging company providing sustainable solutions to the marketplace. By combining the best attributes of flexible and rigid packaging into a single product offering, the technology is transforming the industry as it delivers a preferred consumer experience and creates significant brand value, all while introducing unprecedented sustainability benefits.

Headquartered in West Chester, Ohio, and part of the Innventure (NASDAQ:INV) family of companies, AeroFlexx provides packaging and manufacturing solutions in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas. To learn more, visit www.aeroflexx.com or follow us on LinkedIn.

INV...Accelsius Strengthens Presence in European Data Centers with Global Switch Collaboration and London Showcase

AUSTIN, Texas, June 05, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Accelsius, a leader in two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology, today announced its latest European milestone: the deployment of a Thermal Simulation Rack at Global Switch’s newly built London showroom.

Global Switch, one of the world’s premier large-scale data center operators, has long demonstrated a commitment to sustainability and continuous innovation. This latest investment reflects their focus on liquid cooling and dedication to educating their customer base.

As part of this initiative, Global Switch will host the “Future Now: London Live Liquid Cooling Showcase” the week of June 9-13. The event will provide a unique opportunity for data center operators and technology leaders to experience Accelsius’ proprietary two-phase cooling technology firsthand.

The Accelsius Thermal Simulation Rack (TSR) is a fully integrated system that replicates the heat loads of real-world AI and HPC deployments. It enables live testing and benchmarking of cooling solutions without the need for production hardware, supporting customers as they evaluate next-generation liquid cooling in their own environments. This deployment in Global Switch’s showroom is part of Accelsius’ ongoing effort to bring cutting-edge cooling innovation to Europe’s data center market.

Global Switch is an industry pioneer known for embracing the most advanced data center technologies. Their decision to feature our Thermal Simulation Rack in this dedicated showroom is a powerful endorsement of our mission to simplify the adoption of two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling,” said Josh Claman, Accelsius’ CEO. “We’re excited to be part of this collaboration and to demonstrate firsthand how our technology unlocks new possibilities for energy efficiency, reliability and high-density computing.”

The showroom features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the London skyline. More than 150 customers from around 40 global organizations are expected to attend the opening, reflecting the growing interest in liquid cooling as a sustainable and high-performance alternative to traditional air cooling. Accelsius’ two-phase liquid cooling system, which uses a dielectric refrigerant to enable superior heat removal, is designed to meet the evolving demands of AI and high-performance computing while dramatically reducing energy consumption.
