I notice no one challenge my comment that there is no announcement or filings from either RVNA or FOXO stating RVNA obtained ownership of FOXO anywhere.
Imagine we have the first secret non disclosure of a public traded company ownership buyout. No 8-K filed with the Sec detailing this ownershipship structure.🙄
