1) On January 10, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the filing of Articles of Amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation to change the Company’s name to Nongfu Shop Digital New Retail Co., Ltd. Effective April 11, 2025, the Company’s name was changed to Nongfu Shop Digital New Retail Co., Ltd.

MY COMMENTARY: At least that corroborates all the claims since January. Invisible to the US eye. In fact, in this post on April 26th, I said:

"Putting in the name "Yong Bai Chao New Retail" for organization search actually brings up NongFu Shop with some name-change filings in January. And a recent filing on 4-11-25 about "stock issuance." And this video posted 7 hours at the time of this posting shows a filing on 4-11-25

That leaves zero doubt to me that what we are viewing on their TikTok thing are the people trying to emerge here. That lends more credibility to their claims of a new ticker being NFSN. Another thing invisible to us at this moment. I really hope that brings the Chinese investors when/if it changes "soon."

2) working capital deficit of $156,919 on March 31, 2025 and has incurred recurring net loss of $10,466 for the three months ended March 31, 2025.

MY COMMENTARY: Good! I see that as a fine. A recurring quarterly fine that's been going on year after year. Another self-inflicted wound. Seems Americans love to do this to themselves lately as well with these tariff taxes. They love being fined for procrastination. Let the fines continue and continue on into eternity until they decide to work and promote their self interests. Wang Fei loved fines so much that I think he fined himself out of business. After taking everybody's money. That's what it appeared to me on the surface anyway. Everybody that talks but doesn't walk needs to be fined until they lose their legs and have no option but to find somebody that is still capable of walking to take over.

Maybe these guys will actually come out and do something. SMOKE THEM OUT! Maybe we need to shine a strobe light or something to guide them over here. Maybe they are lost, looking for NFSN? I don't know. I just hope they find their way to us.
