Bioamber Sarnia and Bioamber Canada was sold to Lcy Biotechnology, they created a newco called Verde Bioresins in California 2020 after William Radany bankrupted Verdezyne in Malaysia and moved it's assets to California, Bioamber Inc with our shares got sold separately Convestro buyout is possible with Bioamber's contracts)
We should get cash payout from Verde Bioresins, (going public by next month the latest) Canadian Bioamber business sold separately and newco shares from the US sale, confidentiality=harrasing because lawyers paying others to manipulate shareholders to get even one to write off their shares which could be millions gains for them
