The market did not react because this news was built in. It's a confirmation of what we all knew. Well some of us. The definitive agreement was explained on this forum when it came out in April. Shirt version it's a binding contract and can not be broken verbally. So the investor on the sidelines just got the confirmation that it's official. What they want now is what I posted earlier. They want management news, who is replacing Jim They want short and long term plans and goals and they want future acquisition news. All of that is standard. But I still would have liked to see some good faith buying when the 0004 jumped up. Good faith for those that don't know how the OTC works means an investor believes the information I mentioned is going to happen and they want in at the best price because the next news drop will most likely gap us up That video although nice and encouraging had no effect on the stock. He was two weeks behind us. He did not know about the May share update and he spoke about the April PR as if it were new. Hopefully he does a follow up video very soon.
