The court records prove VPLM is lying when they claim the defendants have been served.
PACER clearly shows that all that has happened is that VPLM’s “lawyers” have sent a REQUEST for a waiver of service, to which none of the defendants’ lawyers have responded- nor, I suspect, will they.
This is not deflection, simply a statement of the facts.
I’m sorry you continue to fail to grasp this simple reality.
