So you are saying that because OneMind has to operate by Spanish filing laws vs U.S. filing laws it probably makes it challenging to be compliant in both regions because of different and perhaps overlapping filing dates and procedures, therefore OneMind couldn't get their portion done any sooner even if they wanted too in turn causing AFFU annuals and quarterly reports to be late...makes sense.

I am being polite here but if you go back to when you asked that the last time I told you. The reporting date for Spain is different than the U.S. election so buy the time OneMind gets their portion of the financials done and sent to the U.S and they are purged into our report we are late. Forget about the time it takes to transmit. It's the date of their filing that is the issue
