TJ i said i have seen it many times.
I did not say you or i have been able to buy it in premarket

I can buy and sell stocks at 4am - 8pm but i can’t buy most otc stocks in that account.

My point is, buying in the otc in premarkets is someone in the know that can swap shares that know something that you and i don’t know.
Why would they do it?
One must know something is about to happen
