The stock price speaks for itself. I don't have to, nor have I ever tried to convince anyone of what it is or that it does not matter (unlike a known liar who happens to be stuck with 400 million erhe shares). Since I have never shorted erhe, I have no fear regarding the share price. What I do fear is that your constant stream of falsehoods might allow you to profit for all the wrong reasons. So I continue to monitor the board and debunk those falsehoods.

To be clear, you are the one who brought up fraud in a long, chatbot aided post futilely trying to intimidate or bully me. Ironically, your own posting history is riddled with examples that fit the definition of fraud to a T. Your assertions about African Queen buyer, legal actions that don't exist, an spv complete with 70 signed contracts promising not to sell erhe for less than dollars/share, shorted erhe shares that don't exist, my role in such shorting, even where I live were not presented by you as theories, they are not market strategies, and there are no public filings to back them up. They are absolutely, positively, examples of lies. Since you stand to profit $millions from just a small move in erhe share price, it all seems to fall into the fraud category quite nicely. Only thing missing is the profit and I will continue to do everything I can to make sure that never happens unless it is based on actual, factual accomplishments by erhc.

So for the record, when you say:
