"Corn", takes resources to grow, 2X - 3X times the amount depending on the crop it's displacing.
Corn also takes time and space, displacing space for the growth of food.
You remember that stuff, the 'food' humans need to survive? It's doesn't magically appear on a supermarket shelf.
How many fields of corn and how much space do you need to grow it to be able to produce enough Bio-succinic to "take over" from petroleum based.
It's a dumb & biased argument pushed by the idiotic green narrative.
Bio produced can help but it will NEVER replace petroleum based anything in any meaningful amount.
Just like the fantasy of everyone driving an electric vehicle, it is not physically possible - and for multiple reasons.
