If those pictures are anything other than what we are producing, then Kim is indeed a fraud. Kim is beyond wrapped up in legalese. While he plays word games and hides behind our language, he wouldn't get anywhere close to the level of fraud inherent in you're speculation. Neither would Dr. Kumar or Vietnam be a part of this level of fraud.

There is much he says, and much he doesn't say. No one can tell me they are selling our silk to producers, by displaying silk in Lam Dong that someone else made. That would be absurd speculation.
