Nah, VPLM sent a request for Waiver of Service to the defendants, which even the meanest of intelligences should be able to distinguish from the process of actually serving the defendants.

The defendants' lawyers will of course decline this kind offer (which, let's be honest, is what VPLM want to happen).

As usual they lied, this time when they said the defendants were served.

They still haven't been.
