I am not confused as anyone who has read the 10K will see.

At Dec 31, 2024 there were 12,350 Pref C outstanding on the balance sheet

In the Subsequent Events section it shows that between January 1, 2025 and May 9, 2025, 3 Billion common were issued for conversion of Pref C shares. That is somewhere between $1,500,000 and $2 million worth depending on the share price.

So that actually leaves somewhere north of 10,000 Pref C shares as of May 9. I was being charitable with the 9,000.

10,000 Pref C shares equates to somewhere between 35 BILLION and 50 BILLION in unconverted Pref C still on the books at the current pps.

If there is anything else I can help you with, let me know.

You have already noted in the past what else can happen with the Cshares, they don’t have to be converted to commons with HMBL to go away and you know that.

The Company will also offer to exchange some of the HoldCo Units to its debtholders and holders of Series C Preferred Stock as a way to eliminate debt and reduce potential future dilution to common stockholders. The transfer of the Company’s assets to WSCG took place on February 27, 2025.
