Replace “HMBL” with “Ybyra” in your post and you will be closer to what they actually said.

But you still left out the part that they couldn’t even establish the existence of the fertilizer as well…let alone quantity or quality.

BTW - did you see that over 9000 shares of the Pref C still exists as of May 9? So much for it being converted and gone.
